Billing questions

How does the +50% launch bonus work?

Your first top-up (any tier) is credited at 150% — pay $10 and your balance goes up by $15, pay $50 and it goes up by $75. One bonus per account, applied automatically when we credit your payment. Limited-time launch offer; later top-ups are credited at face value.

When does my credit arrive?

Usually within minutes during Asia daytime hours, and always within 12 hours. Fully automatic instant crediting is rolling out; until then a human confirms each top-up — the upside is a real person also sees every payment issue immediately.

What cards do you accept?

Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major international cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in USD. Your bank may apply its own foreign-transaction fee — that's between you and your bank, we only ever charge the listed amount.

Can I get a refund?

Consumed usage is non-refundable, but any unused balance can be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up — email hello@gloritoken.ai from your account address. Details in our Terms.

Do you offer invoices or larger amounts?

Yes — for volume pricing, custom amounts or a company invoice (bank transfer available), email hello@gloritoken.ai and we'll set it up the same day.
