Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the gloritoken service. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using gloritoken you agree to this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Zero tolerance: gloritoken must not be used to generate NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or harmful content. Accounts doing so are terminated immediately.

1. You may not use gloritoken to:

• Break any applicable law, or violate the terms or policies of the upstream model vendors whose models you access through us.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content. This includes any sexual content, and — with zero tolerance — any child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes minors.
• Facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, or any other unlawful content prohibited under applicable law or the upstream model vendors' policies.
• Create malware, ransomware, exploits, phishing pages, or other material intended to compromise systems or defraud people.
• Produce content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
• Generate disinformation, impersonate others, or create deceptive content at scale (spam, fake reviews, coordinated inauthentic behavior).
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate trade secrets or personal data.
• Provide tailored advice requiring a licensed professional (legal, medical, financial) as if from a licensed provider, or high-risk automated decisions without human oversight.

2. Platform integrity

• Do not attempt to circumvent metering, rate limits, quotas, or safety systems.
• Do not share, resell, or sublicense your API keys, or resell the gloritoken service, without our written consent.
• Do not use gloritoken to disguise or proxy access to services we do not offer (including Claude, GPT, or Gemini).
• One person or entity may not create multiple accounts to abuse trial credit.

3. Data routing responsibility

Some models are offered on a China-Direct tier (model names ending in "-cn"), which relays your request to the vendor's API in mainland China at a lower price. This tier is clearly labeled and opt-in. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen tier is appropriate for the sensitivity of your data; if your data must remain outside mainland China, use Global-tier models only.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove access, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination with unused paid balance handled per our Terms.
