Terms of Service
1. Who we are
The gloritoken service ("Service") — including gloritoken.ai, api.gloritoken.ai and associated tooling — is operated by Glory Memo Limited (Business Registration No. 75188699), a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using an API key you agree to these Terms. gloritoken is an independent interface/wrapper providing access to third-party models (Qwen, DeepSeek); it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) or Google (Gemini).
2. What the Service is
We provide unified, metered API access to third-party large language models ("Upstream Models"), including models from Alibaba (Qwen), DeepSeek and other vendors, over OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible protocols. We provide value-added software services — unified authentication, usage metering and billing, content-safety filtering, protocol translation and routing — on top of model APIs we procure under commercial agreements with those vendors. The models themselves are produced and operated by their respective vendors.
3. Routing tiers and data path
- Global tier (default): requests are processed on our Singapore infrastructure and inference is performed on international endpoints. Request content does not enter mainland China.
- Data path: your requests are received by our gateway in Singapore and forwarded to the model makers' official APIs, which are served from mainland China. We state this plainly so you can decide what data is appropriate to send. We do not store prompt or completion contents and never use them for training; we retain only the usage metadata required for billing.
4. Accounts and keys
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all usage under your account.
- Trial credit is provided at our discretion, has no cash value, and may be adjusted or expired.
- One person or entity may not register multiple accounts to farm trial credit.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or use, including content that is illegal in Hong Kong, in your own jurisdiction, or that violates the Upstream Models' vendor policies.
- No attempts to circumvent metering, rate limits, or safety systems; no resale of the Service without our written consent.
- We do not provide relay access to Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini, and the Service must not be used to disguise such access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with unused paid balance handled per Section 6.
6. Billing
- Usage is metered per token at the prices published on our pricing page or shown in the console at the time of the request. Prices may change with notice on the website; changes do not apply retroactively.
- Top-ups are prepaid and billed in USD. Consumed usage is non-refundable. Any unused balance may be refunded on request within 30 days of the top-up — email hello@gloritoken.ai from your account address and we will return it to the original payment method, less any payment-processing fees already incurred. If we terminate the Service without cause or discontinue it, we refund the remaining balance in full. Credit does not expire, and your balance stops at zero — you cannot be billed beyond what you have prepaid.
- Where a stable alias model name is offered in future, we may repoint it to a newer upstream model; alias prices will not increase without notice.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or of any Upstream Model, and we may add, replace or retire models (with reasonable notice for paid users). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Content responsibility
You retain rights to your inputs and outputs to the extent permitted by the Upstream Model vendors' terms. You are responsible for your inputs and your use of outputs, including verifying accuracy before relying on them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
